Is there any justice?
In December I was dismissed for gross misconduct despite the fact that all the allegations made by the management were undeniably false, during the hearing I had asked for additional information while one of my managers was conducting the further investigation that I had requested the letter to dismiss had already been posted even though he had obtained the proof that I was not involved I sent off my appeal to the company the day after that was the 16-12-2009 I have still not received a date for the appeal Because I was only at the company for six months nothing can be done I can not take them to a tribunal I can not believe in 21st Century England that this type of behaviour is still going on there must be some form of redress 33 years work within this industry now left in tatters any help to put this right would be gratefully received
