Is my tank a good arangement ?

No goldfish. It is a cold water fish while all of the other fish are tropical fish. Don't get anymore fish if you will eventually be giving them away. It is stressful on the fish to be moved around so much. If you care for them at all, make their lives easy but being their last home.
