I was deploying to Afghanistan and, while ping through Kuwait, I began interviewing random people. My goal was to find out more about other people and myself. I found that only 1 out of 12 people had any sort of aspirations for their life. The general demographic was of a young married male soldier. I interviewed many civilian contractors as well as a journalist also. This ratio startled me and I thought that perhaps it was due to the narrow demographics. Any thoughts?
