Should i get Sony Bravia HD TV or should i get Astro a40 gaming headset i play alot of mw2?

hey i was wondering if i should get sony bravia 32" or 40" 1080p or if i should get the astro a 40 headset? the thing is the headset will give me that sound i always wanted and i directional pinpoint in sound highest quality headset there is but the sony tv will give me the full effect of the gaming in its own way also i wont have the advantage of hearing people and in what direction but i will have that home theater feeling i would like to know what you guys think N why u think that?
