How to create a flash game?

I have flash CS3 at home. I want to create a flash game for my English cl based on the Shakespearean play "Macbeth." As of now, I don't really have many ideas. I only have one. A game such as a click and move forward game. Like, you are given four options maybe and you have to click the correct one to move forward. If you click the correct one, a picture comes up and you move further in the story. If you click the wrong one, a picture comes up and you are sent back to the beginning. Any idea how I can create something like that? Or do you have any better ideas for a flash game? I need like a detailed tutorial on how to do this.
