Why didnt he reply my text?

hey everyone.im in need of some advice.i was seeing aguy for 6wks,he was only working in my area and i really fell for him.he said all the right things and i was stupid and vunerable,well anyway he kept saying dont get too attatched to me because i dont want to break ur heart when i go back home,which is 50miles away.well i saw on his facebook he was in and out of relationships but still there was some attraction.well anyway the txts from him got distant,no babe princess darling or gorgeous anymore so new there was something up.well he went on a guys only holiday and he was on facebook chattin sayin he couldnt wait 2 see me and he had missed me.half hr later he deleted me and changed his relationship status to in a relationship with another girl and deleted me from his profile along with 100 more friends off his profile.so i txt him sayin thanks alot,i trusted you and u do this,i wish you would have just bn honest and told me u had a gf. he replied i only met her last wk and didnt no how to tell u as didnt want to hurt ur feelings.so i replied didnt want to hurt my feelings well you have and he put bk well im so sorry,and im not workin in ur area anymore. and i txt bk youve broke my heart i cant stop crying wish i never met u and he didnt reply but then i regret writing that now. i want show him im strong and that he aint hurt me even though he has.i wanna show him im gettin on in life going on nights out and want to add him on facebook as a friend but so he can see my pics of goin out enjoying myself as i dont want him think im heartbroken...what can i do...should i add him on facebook or wait a while
