Sweating in his sleep?

Because, a lot of the times with hypoglycemia it happens to allow people do overly sweat in their sleep at times not and some times just not at all. So, I'm thinking that might be it. If not that he might be having nightmares that is a common thing with those as well. I should know with both because, I've hypo and it's not pretty. Nightmares everyones had those at least once.
