Starting a non-profit group?

Im starting a non-profit group for kids who have losted there parent or parents in the military. I will be make teddy bears with a picture of the parent on it. I have my EIN from the IRS, But now i need to know what website can i get registered on for free and help will be great. Im also a Iraqi freedom veteran
