PH in Lime, what can you tell me about it? i try to goggle it, but i cannot find the answer that i want.?

what experiment we can do that are related to pH in lime other than fruit battery and for soil. i have this ignment on statistic but must related to science. i don't have my introduction yet. any experiment or any info about pH in lime that are related to science. thnk you.
